Arts council seeking new sculptures for Greenwood trail

An Indy Star reporter contacted IU News and Media for help finding a source to talk about public art. We linked him up with Michael Wilkerson, an arts administration lecturer at Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs. He called Greenwood’s plan to lease public art for the Polk Hill Trail “very clever, very creative on their part,” telling the Star the move means the community can “leverage a modest amount of money into doing a lot more.”
